Ingredients
- 2 packs (400 g) shirataki noodles
- 100 g heavy cream
- 200 g cheddar, grated
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 (40 g) onion
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g butter
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the shirataki noodles well with cold water and drain. Melt 50 g butter in a skillet and fry the shirataki.
- Dice 1/2 onion (40 g) and the garlic; fry 3 minutes in the pan. Remove the noodles and set aside.
- Add the cream, cheddar and 1 egg yolk to the pan; season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper, bring to a boil and blend smooth.
- Return the noodles to the sauce and simmer 5 more minutes. Divide onto 2 plates — pasta pleasure begins!
