Ingredients
- 200 g ground beef
- 1 avocado
- 150 g chorizo salami
- 100 g cheddar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 (85 g) onion
- 15 g coconut oil
- 200 ml water

Instructions
- Fry the ground beef in 15 g coconut oil in a skillet. Meanwhile, slice the chorizo, onion (85 g) and garlic and fry along.
- Season the pan contents with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, cumin and chili. Blend the avocado with 200 ml water to a smooth purée in the mixer and stir into the chili. Let simmer 10 more minutes.
- Ladle into 2 deep bowls and grate the cheddar over the top.
