- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 cucumber
- 40 g parmesan, grated
- 150 g cream cheese (double cream)
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 g mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) convection. Cut the chicken breast into chunks and spread on a baking tray. Press 1 garlic clove, mix with the cumin and rosemary and scatter over the nuggets. Bake 20 minutes.
- Press the other garlic clove and blend with 30 g mayonnaise, cream cheese and 40 ml water. Cut the cucumber into sticks for dipping.
- Put the baked nuggets in a bag with the parmesan and shake vigorously. Arrange the cucumber sticks, nuggets and dip — and hop onto the couch!
