- 250 g salmon fillet (2 x 125 g)
- 500 g zucchini
- 1 small (150 g) avocado
- 1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 (40 g) onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and chili; brush the marinade over the salmon fillets and set aside.
- Wash and pat the zucchini dry; slice. Press the garlic and mix in a small bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1 lime and a little salt.
- Add the zucchini slices to a skillet, brush with the marinade and sear.
- In another pan, sear the marinated salmon.
