- 50 g cauliflower
- 20 g chorizo salami
- 75 g mozzarella, grated
- 20 g parmesan, grated
- 1/2 (20 g) onion
- 1 egg

- Slice the chorizo and 1/4 onion (20 g) thinly. Dice the pepper. Heat the waffle iron.
