- 140 g canned tuna in olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 (40 g) onion

- Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon, leaving the skins intact. Dice the flesh small and place in a bowl.
